1. where is my parcel?
Once you have placed your order, it takes on average 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed and 5-7 working days (Mon-Tues) for your order to be delivered. If these deadlines have passed and your parcel has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.

2. where can I find my track trace code?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a track trace code by e-mail. Also check your spam folder, because sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while for the track trace link to become active.

3. how can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order using the Track & Trace number you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace number on our
Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

4 I am not satisfied with my parcel.
You can find information about returning your parcel in our returns and refunds policy.
